  • berries ‘n cream Yoplait Light
  • two slices of banana bread
  • Lean Cuisine roasted chicken with lemon pepper fettuccine
  • nine strips of dried mango (so good, can’t stop eating…)
  • one bag of Jelly Belly fruit punch sport beans
  • teriyaki unagi bowl from Whole Foods

Exercise:

  • 3 mile run (Saucony 6)
