Food:

  • lemon poppyseed muffin from Paradise Bakery
  • leftover pad see ew (Krua Thai Cuisine)
  • vanilla Hammer Gel
  • five potstickers and egg noodles
  • peach goodie

Exercise:

  • 3.23 mile run (Saucony 6) – Despite an achy shoulder and just generally feeling tired, I went out for a run. It wasn’t the best run, but at least I did something. I had to stop and take a walk break after 2 miles. Then both feet started to feel tingly and numb so I ended up cutting my run short.
