- 4 mile run (Adidas) – I decided to try some mile repeats at the track. I did a 1/2 mile warm-up, three 1 mile sets (with 1/4 mile rest in between), and a 1/2 mile cool-down. Unfortunately I hit the wrong button on my Garmin… not once, but twice! So I only have good data for the last mile which I did at about 10:00 pace. Eh. On the bright side, I can confirm that one lap around lane 1 at the track is exactly .25 miles!
