  • harvest peach Yoplait Light
  • 1/2 all mac mini BBQ chicken meal from L&L Hawaiian BBQ with white rice
  • 1/3 cantaloupe
  • four strawberry GU Chomps
  • ong choy, leftover eggplant & pork, white rice
  • glass of vanilla soy milk

Exercise:

  • 12.1 mile bike ride in 1:10:08 (10.4 mph)
  • 1.75 mile run at 9:58 pace (Saucony 6)
