Food and Fuel:

  • cool mint chocolate Clif Bar, mint chocolate GU
  • watermelon
  • oui oui breakfast sandwich and three donut holes from Rainbow Donuts Cafe
  • movie theater popcorn with garlic parmesan seasoning, sour patch kids (now my tongue feels all funny)
  • about 3 cups honeydew
  • small bowl of Kraft mac & cheese, sticky rice (lo mai gai)

Exercise:

  • 3.05 mile run for Run For Vania 5k (30:09, 9:54 pace)
  • .18 mile break (4:40)
  • 5.08 mile run (55:28, 10:56 pace)
  • Total: 8.31 miles in 1:30:17, wearing Saucony size 6 shoes
