  • 1/2 Chipotle carnitas fajita bowl
  • one baked Lay’s southwestern ranch chip
  • about 3 cups honeydew
  • 4 strawberry GU chomps
  • 1/2 Honey Stinger Peanut Butter Pro protein bar
  • the other 1/2 of the Chipotle carnitas fajita bowl

Exercise:

  • 14.19 mile bike ride in 1:23:19 (10.2 mph)
  • 2.11 mile run (Saucony 6) at 9:49 pace
