Food:

  • Jamba Juice 16oz bright eyed & blueberr
  • Lean Cuisine three cheese stuffed rigatoni
  • chocolate brownie Clif Bar
  • more Times Square leftovers – garlic bread, spaghetti, baked eggplant
  • four strips of dried mango

Exercise:

  • 8.12 mile bike ride in 40:54 (11.9 mph)
  • followed by 1 mile run (Saucony 6) at 10:00 pace
