  • Trader Joe’s strawberry dried fruit bar
  • Verve! healthy energy drink
  • leftovers from Times Square – garlic bread, spaghetti, baked eggplant
  • glass of vanilla soy milk

Exercise:

  • a little over 3 mile run (Adidas)
