Breakfast: Starbucks oatmeal with brown sugar and raisins

Lunch: 16 oz Caribbean Passion from Jamba Juice

Dessert: Ben & Jerry’s chocolate fudge brownie ice cream topped with oreos (Wow, what a yummy combinatino of chocolate! The corporate office arranged for an in-office Ben & Jerry’s ice cream bar as a treat to wrap up our week of meetings.)

Snack: banana

Dinner: sushi rolls and salmon wraps at Yasu Sushi Bistro
