Breakfast: Starbucks oatmeal with brown sugar and raisins

Lunch: one slice Chicago-style pizza and salad

Dessert: pieces of brownie and a peanut butter bar topped with chocolate and M&Ms

Dinner: cheese dip, calamari, and “basket of the sea” cobb salad at Ram Restaurant & Brewery

Dessert: five strips of dried mango

Exercise: 30 minutes stationary bike, 30 minutes elliptical machine
