Breakfast: Starbucks oatmeal with brown sugar and raisins

Lunch: 1/2 chopped salad, two slices of bread and strawberry shortcake from Barnelli’s Pasta Bowl

Dinner: leftover chopped salad and two slices of bread

Dessert: Paradise Bakery chocolate chip cookie

Exercise: 5 mile run (Saucony 6)
