Breakfast: 1 1/2 slices of banana bread and blackberry Yoplait Light

Pre-Workout Fuel: peanut butter cookie Larabar (eh… not great but passable)

Recovery Drink: vanilla Shamrock Farms Rockin’ Refuel

Lunch/Dinner: small Paradise pasta, 1/2 turkey cranberry sandwich, and two chocolate chip cookies from Paradise Bakery

Exercise: 12 mile bike ride in 1:06:01
