Breakfast: one slice of banana bread and 3 cups watermelon

Lunch: 1/2 Chipotle fajita burrito bowl

Dessert: one scoop vanilla frozen custard with butterfinger topping from Culver’s (I needed a cool treat… it’s sooo hot outside!)

Dinner: leftover Chipotle and onion rings from Carl’s Jr. (yuck, I’m not getting those again)

Dessert: robin’s egg candy

Exercise: 6.02 mile bike ride in 24:22 and 1.06 mile run (Saucony 6)
