Breakfast: onion bagel with cream cheese from New York Bagels & Deli

Lunch: Lean Cuisine three cheese stuffed rigatoni

Snack: snickerdoodle from Chino Bandido

Dinner: four beef tacos on corn tortillas with lettuce, tomato, sour cream, and cheese

Dessert: 2 1/2 slices of homemade banana bread and vanilla soy milk

Exercise: 10.24 mile bike ride in 48:51
