Pre-Race Fuel: cool mint chocolate Clif Bar, Espresso Love GU

Post-Race Food: apple

Brunch: four corn pancakes with maple syrup, grapefruit juice

Snack: Trader Joe’s everything crackers

Dinner: smoked salmon salad – spinach/spring mix, romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and avocado with lemon tarragon dressing

Dessert: six girl scout thin mints with vanilla soy milk

Exercise: 8k race (or 5 miles on the dot according to my Garmin)
