Breakfast: nutella sandwich on honey wheat bread

Lunch: leftovers from Pappadeaux (tuna, spaghetti squash, and green beans) with white rice

Snack: robin’s egg candy

Dinner: smoked salmon salad – spinach/spring mix, cherry tomatoes, and avocado with lemon tarragon dressing

Snack: Trader Joe’s plantain chips and taro smoothie with boba from The Street

Exercise: another walk to Albertsons for the avocado I forgot yesterday and a Monopoly piece – there was a “kids fair” at Walgreens so I swung by and picked up a free bottle of Powerade
