Breakfast: mandarin orange muffin from Paradise Bakery and grapefruit juice

Lunch: ham, cheese, and lettuce on honey wheat bread

Dinner: smoked salmon salad with spinach/spring mix, romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and lemon tarragon dressing

Snack: Trader Joe’s chips and peach salsa, six strips of dried mango

Exercise: does walking to Albertsons count?
