Breakfast: Trader Joe’s strawberry cereal bar

Lunch: ham and cheese sandwich with lettuce and tomato on honey wheat bread

Dinner: Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen – bread and butter, mussels, tuna w/ green beans and spaghetti squash, a bite of crab, bread pudding

Exercise: 2 mile run (Saucony 6) – my worst run ever 😦
