Breakfast: blueberry muffin from Scottsdale Bakery and a glass of fresh squeezed grapefruit juice

Pre-Workout Fuel: mini chocolate coconut chew Larabar (Better than the Jocalat bar, but still not that tasty.)

Post-Workout Snack: Shamrock Farms rockin’ refuel chocolate milk and two blueberry cake donut holes

Dinner: 1/2 all mac mini BBQ chicken meal from L&L with white rice

Dessert: junior mint cupcake with vanilla soy milk

Exercise: 11.07 mile bike ride in 55:33
