Pre-Race Fuel: cool mint chocolate Clif Bar and mint chocolate GU

Post-Race Food: pack of Kirkland Signature fruit snacks (from the makers of Jelly Belly)

Breakfast: oui oui breakfast sandwich and six donut holes from Rainbow Donuts Cafe

Snack: robin’s egg candy and handful of sweet mesquite barbeque Cape Cod potato chips

Dinner: stir-fried apple chicken sausage, zucchini, and mushrooms with white rice

Exercise: Fireside at Norterra Adventure Run – 3.74 miles (Saucony 6) and 6.87 mile bike ride in 1:02:59
