Breakfast/Lunch: banana chocolate chip muffin from Paradise Bakery and 16oz Razzmatazz smoothie from Jamba Juice

Workout Fuel: mini double fudge brownie Promax snack bar (I think the bar was from the P.F. Chang’s goodie bag. It tasted good.)

Dinner: sea cucumber soup and Trader Joe’s chips and peach salsa

Exercise: 3.55 mile bike ride (to and from the gym) in 21:22; 30 minutes elliptical; strength training
