Lunch: chicken & vegetables Lean Cuisine

Workout Fuel: chocolate brownie Clif Bar

Dinner: two fish tacos from Rubio’s and chips and salsa

Dessert: one scoop of Ben & Jerry’s chocolate therapy (free cone day!)

Exercise: 4.5 miles (Saucony 6)
