Breakfast: toasted onion bagel with cream cheese from New York Bagels & Deli

Lunch: Lean Cuisine lemongrass chicken

Snack: Trader Joe’s raspberry dried fruit bar

Snack: five strips of dried mango (needed something before my run)

Dinner: leftover L&L BBQ chicken meal and white rice

Dessert: robin’s egg candy

Exercise: 3.17 mile run around the neighborhood (Adidas)
