Breakfast: banana with cheese, small handfull of plantain chips

Lunch: taro milk tea with boba from The Street

Workout Fuel: mini banana nut bread Clif Bar

Dinner: 1/2 all mac mini BBQ chicken meal from L&L Hawaiian Barbeque and white rice

Dessert: Paradise Bakery chocolate chip cookie and vanilla soy milk

Exercise: 4.09 mile run (Saucony 6)
