Breakfast: Trader Joe’s strawberry cereal bar

Lunch: two pork tacos with Mexican rice from Bajio Mexican Grill

Snack: Trader Joe’s pineapple fruit bar

Snack: garlic pita chips (not as many as yesterday)

Dinner: choy sum and six potstickers

Dessert: mini soft lotus and yolk mooncake

Exercise: 10.25 mile bike ride in 1:06:16

My foot’s feeling better. Wearing the Adidas and icing my foot has really seemed to help. I didn’t want to overdo it by running too soon so Troy and I went for a bike ride at Reach 11.
