Breakfast: Paradise steel cut oatmeal from Paradise Bakery (no sliced bananas on top today for some reason)

Lunch: Lean Cuisine Asian-style pot stickers

Snack: mini cherry pie Larabar (didn’t like this one)

Dinner: white rice topped with two fried eggs, scallions, and oyster sauce

Snack: seven strips of dried mango

Exercise: 8 mile bike ride in 50:09
