I faithfully logged everything I ate at Walt Disney World… it just took me awhile to transpose my notes.

Friday, February 27

  • ham quiche pie, small crab and seashell pasta salad, and chocolate chip cookie from Paradise Bakery
  • vegetable platter from Old Port Royale Food Court at Caribbean Beach Resort (seasoned rice, corn, broccoli, mashed potatoes with turkey gravy, vegetable medly – zucchini, yellow squash, and tomato, and cornbread)

Saturday, February 28 – Epcot

  • cool mint chocolate Clif Bar, mint chocolate GU
  • banana and four orange wedges
  • four orange wedges
  • afternoon tea at the Garden View Lounge at Grand Floridian – Buckingham Palace Tea with tea sandwiches, onion tart, scone, strawberry tart, strawberries and cream, and Cassis black tea; Sally Lunn Tea with Sally Lunn bread and apricot preserves, trifle, and Mad Hatter black tea (the Sally Lunn bread was just okay, nothing that special)
  • school bread from Kringla Bakeri og Cafe in Norway (yum!)
  • The Wave at the Contemporary Resort – bread and butter with sea salt, lettuce wraps (sauteed lamb and bay scallops with soy-rice wine vinegar sauce), lump crab cake (pan-seared with crispy papaya slaw and balsamic glaze), and avocado and citrus salad (with local greens and orange vinaigrette)
  • ESPN The Weekend 5k – 3.1 mile run (Saucony)

Sunday, March 1 – Hollywood Studios

  • banana nut bread Clif Bar
  • banana
  • 1/2 pulled pork sub and apple wedges from Studio Catering Company
  • a few bites of a turkey leg from Toluca Legs Turkey Company
  • 1/2 baked ziti with marinara sauce and bread stick, part of a vegetable platter (corn, broccoli, and cornbread) from Old Port Royale Food Court
  • 6 mile run (Saucony)

Monday, March 2 – Animal Kingdom

  • Chinese pastry and banana
  • shrimp lo mein and mango pie from Yak and Yeti (good food but very overpriced)
  • 1/2 orange
  • chicken and field mushroom Dublin style pie with hand cut chips from Cookes of Dublin at Pleasure Island

Tuesday, March 3 – Epcot

  • two homemade peanut butter cookies
  • seared chicken breast served over spaetzle, bite of shrimp and lobster cake, bite of blackened catfish from Coral Reef
  • napoleon, bite of cream horn and lemon tart, milk from Boulangerie Patisserie in France (yum!)
  • tempura shrimp udon from Yakitori House in Japan

Wednesday, March 4 – Hollywood Studios

  • onion rings and frozen sunshine from Beaches and Cream at the Beach Club (a perfect combination)
  • mini banana nut bread Clif Bar
  • popcorn
  • rotisserie chicken, vegetable platter (corn, squash, seasoned rice, and cornbread), pasta salad from Old Port Royale Food Court
  • 3.56 mile run (Saucony)

Thursday, March 5 – Magic Kingdom

  • lilikoi juice (passion fruit, orange, and guava blend), tonga toast with sausage, part of a fruit plate (grapes, kiwi, strawberry, melon) from Kona Cafe at the Polynesian
  • pineapple Dole whip and citrus swirl from Aloha Isle (okay, but next time I’ll try a Mickey bar or ice cream sandwich)
  • oriental chicken salad from Old Port Royale Food Court
  • homemade peanut butter cookie

Friday, March 6 – Epcot

  • Mickey waffle with sausage from Old Port Royale Food Court
  • 2/3 pithiviers from Boulangerie Patisserie in France (more yum!)
  • lamb shawarma platter from Tangierine Cafe in Morocco
  • soda samples from Club Cool

Saturday, March 7 – Magic Kingdom

  • cool mint chocolate Clif Bar
  • banana, tangerine, 1/3 pithiviers
  • 1/2 lighthouse sandwich from Columbia Harbour House
  • a few bites of fish with tartar sauce from Cookes of Dublin (best fish and chips ever)
  • 2/3 Hawaiian BBQ from Earl of Sandwich at Downtown Disney
  • Royal Family 5k – 3.1 mile run (Saucony)

Sunday, March 8 – Epcot

  • cool mint chocolate Clif Bar, mint chocolate GU, vanilla Clif Shot energy gel
  • banana, five Minnie’s Bake Shop character cookies, 1/2 raspberry schuss from Boulangerie Patisserie
  • 1/2 gravlox and egg sandwich, seafood soup, and rice cream from Kringla Bakeri og Cafe in Norway (great taste and value)
  • soda samples from Club Cool
  • Artist Point at Wilderness Lodge – butter poached wild boar tenderloin (mushroom bread pudding and huckleberry au jus), smoky portobello soup (with roasted shiitakes and chive oil), braised buffalo short rib (with parsnip potato grain, glazed leeks, and red wine jus)
  • Princess Half Marathon – 13.1 miles (Saucony)

Monday, March 9

  • three Minnie’s Bake Shop character cookies, 1/2 tangerine, 1/2 banana
  • chicken flatbread, palaver soup, 2 1/2 zebra domes from Mara at Animal Kingdom Lodge
  • bag of Chip & Dale Mickey pretzels
  • 16 oz taro boba tea from Eba Cafe
