Breakfast: Chinese cocktail bun from Golden Buddha Restaurant

Snack: six strips of dried mango

Lunch: Lean Cuisine chicken florentine lasagna (First time trying this Lean Cuisine. It was good, but tasted a lot like the roasted chicken with lemon pepper fettuccini, only with more calories and harder to eat.)

Snack: three more strips of dried mango

Dinner: choy sum and leftover dim sum from Golden Buddha Restaurant (ha gow, sui mai, bean curd roll, two shrimp and corn balls)

Dessert: chocolate peanut butter cupcake from Scottsdale Bakery and vanilla soy milk
