During Race: mint chocolate GU

Post-Race: cup of orange Gatorade, 1/2 banana, 1/2 raisin bagel

Snack: Trader Joe’s plantain chips

Lunch: A&W – original bacon cheeseburger, two onion rings, root beer float

Dinner: petite baked spaghetti calzone from Spinato’s Pizzeria

Exercise: Havasu Half marathon – 13.1 miles
