Breakfast: Cascade Fresh strawberry fat free yogurt

Lunch: egg foo yung, BBQ pork, jerk fried rice, and a snickerdoodle from Chino Bandido

Snack: 1/3 cup Craisins

Dinner: 16 oz Jamba Juice razzmatazz and Trader Joe’s plantain chips

Exercise: 3.1 miles (Adidas) – 4x400s, 1×800
