Breakfast: Trader Joe’s strawberry cereal bar

Lunch: leftover pasta from Romano’s Macaroni Grill

Snack: 1/3 cup Craisins

Dinner: five garlic knots with marinara sauce and asiago caesar piadini with grilled chicken from NYPD Pizza

Dessert: Frango mint chocolate (northwest version!)

Exercise: 21 minutes Wii Fit
