Snack: six strips of dried mango and one slice of bacon (not at the same time)

Workout Fuel: mint chocolate GU

Post-Run Drink: Shamrock Farms Rockin’ Refuel chocolate milk

Dinner: leftover stir-fried egg noodles

Dessert: 1/2 pint Ben & Jerry’s Dublin Mudslide

Exercise: 8 mile run (Adidas)
