Breakfast: two Eggo buttermilk waffles with peanut butter and strawberry jam

Snack: small bowl of Annie’s white cheddar bunnies

Dinner: stir-fried egg noodles with chicken, peppers, carrots, mushrooms, and scallions

Dessert: junior mint cupcake with vanilla soy milk

Exercise: 1 1/2 hours of Wii Fit
