Breakfast: Cascade Fresh boysenberry fat free yogurt, three strips of dried mango

Lunch: pollo limone rustica from Romano’s Macaroni Grill

Snack: Trader Joe’s pineapple fruit bar

Dinner: KFC wing and breast combo with sweet corn, mashed potatoes and gravy, and a biscut (with honey)

Dessert: five Girl Scout thin mints and a glass of milk

Exercise: 36 minutes elliptical, strength training (but no hip exercises)
