Post-Run Drink: Shamrock Farms Rockin’ Refuel chocolate milk

Dinner: homemade chicken fried rice

Exercise: 7.89 mile run (Saucony) at Reach 11

It was super windy today. I ran slow today – just under an 11 minute mile – but didn’t feel too horrible afterward. I’m thinking about doing a half marathon on April 4.
