Lunch: Lean Cuisine roasted chicken with lemon pepper fettuccini

Snack: Trader Joe’s apricot dried fruit bar

Snack: mandarin orange from the backyard (finally sweet!)

Dinner: stir-fried asparagus, mushrooms, and Chinese sausage with white rice

Dessert: seven strips of dried mango
