Breakfast: zucchini nut muffin from Paradise Bakery and glass of orange juice

Lunch: Lean Cuisine Roasted Turkey and Vegetables

Dinner: 1/2 mini Hawaiian BBQ Chicken meal from L&L Hawaiian Barbecue and one piece of chicken katsu (I asked for two scoops of macaroni salad and no white rice because I still had leftover rice at home. This made it easier to split the food into two meals.)

Dessert: a little bit of Ben & Jerry’s Dublin Mudslide and ~1/3 of Ben & Jerry’s Mint Chocolate Cookie

Exercise: 20 minutes elliptical, 15 minutes stationary bike, strength training
