Lunch: Lean Cuisine three cheese stuffed rigatoni

Snack: ~1/3 cup Craisins

Dinner: napa cabbage, mushrooms, and pork patties with white rice

Dessert: vanilla soy milk and three Girl Scout thin mints

Exercise: 3.21 miles (Asics) at 9:55/mile
