Pre-Race Fuel: cool mint chocolate Clif Bar and mint chocolate GU

Breakfast: 1/2 potato, egg, and cheese breakfast burrito, two orange wedges, handful of pretzels

Lunch: small Oriental orzo from Whole Foods, taro milk tea with boba from The Street

Snack: Snackin’ Peas

Dinner: 7 potstickers and egg noodles mixed with sesame oil and soy sauce

Dessert: Junior Mint cupcake with milk

Exercise: Lost Dutchman 10k – 6.2 miles in 1:01:16 (unofficial time) + 2.6 extra miles
