Breakfast: gala apple

Lunch: Scottsdale Old Town Farmers’ Market – slice of quiche with potatoes, garlic, mushrooms, and goat cheese; samples of bread, chips and pineapple salsa, bacon brittle

Snack: 10 strips of dried mango

Dinner: 1/2 turkey cranberry sandwich and 1/2 (imitation) crab pasta salad from Paradise Bakery

Dessert: vanilla soy milk and Paradise Bakery chocolate chip cookie
