Breakfast: peach harvest Yoplait Light

Lunch: Leftover pad see ew and pad thai from Pink Pepper Thai Cuisine

Snack: ~16 strips of dried mango (yeah, I had a craving for mango today… fruit’s healthy, right?)

Dinner: stir-fried elbow macaroni with ground pork, mushrooms, and scallions

Dessert: one Frango mint chocolate

Exercise: 3.3 mile run on the treadmill
