Lunch: sticky rice from Golden Buddha

Workout Fuel: nine fruit splash Sharkies

Snack: Trader Joe’s plantain chips

Dinner: Pink Pepper Thai Cuisine – an appetizer and pad see ew with pork – the appetizer was chicken, peas, and potatoes inside a flour tortilla with peanut sauce

Evening Drinks: two Ice Cream Geniuses (amaretto, orange juice, and vanilla ice cream – blended)

Exercise: 7 mile run
