Breakfast: Berries ‘n Cream Yoplait Light

Snack: Jalapeno Cheddar Cheetos

Lunch: Rosemary Chicken Lean Cuisine

Pre-Workout Snack: 1/2 chocolate Clif Builder’s protein bar

Dinner: Lean Cuisine Chicken, Spinach & Mushrooms Panini

Exercise: 35 minutes on the treadmill (mostly walking and a bit of running) and strength training
