Breakfast: Oui Oui breakfast sandwich from Rainbow Donuts Cafe (turkey, bacon, fried egg and swiss between a flaky buttery croissant, served with three donut holes)

Post-Workout Drink: Shamrock Farms Rockin’ Refuel chocolate milk

Lunch/Dinner: two fish tacos from Rubio’s

Exercise: 16 lap (a little over 4 miles) run plus warm-up and cool-down
