Breakfast: Banana Cream Pie Yoplait Light

Snack: about 4-5 Trader Joe’s multigrain crackers (only the broken crumbs at the bottom of the bag were left so I’m not sure exactly how many I had)

Lunch: leftover’s from Texas Roadhouse – two rolls with cinnamon butter and seasoned rice

Snack: 6 strips of dried mango

Dinner: Chinese eggplant stir-fried with pork and vermicelli noodles, white rice

Dessert: 1/2 pint Ben and Jerry’s Dublin Mudslide
