Pre-Race: cool mint chocolate Clif Bar

During the Race: two cups tropical fruit Cytomax, one package pomegranate Luna Sport Moons

Post-Race Recovery: orange slice, banana, bottle of tropical fruit Cytomax, mini chocolate Larabar Jocalat, one raisin 🙂

Post-Race Treat: taro milk tea with boba from The Street in Mesa

“Lunch”: Orowheat whole grain & flax English muffin with nutella, macaroon

Dinner: Texas Roadhouse – two rolls with cinnamon butter, single grilled pork chop, “loaded” sweet potato, fresh vegetables (carrots, broccoli, califlower), one rib, one peanut 🙂

Exercise: completed a 1/2 marathon!!!
