Breakfast: Trader Joe’s blueberry cereal bar

Lunch: corn and fish maw soup

Post-Workout Snack: glass of vanilla soy milk

Dinner: two fried eggs, scallions, and oyster sauce over egg noodles

Dessert: junior mint cupcake from Scottsdale Bakery (yum!)

Exercise: 20 minute warm-up walk to the track, about 33 minute/3.3 mile/12 lap run, 20 minute cool-down walk home
