Breakfast: Mandarin orange muffin from Paradise Bakery

Lunch: Lean Cuisine Asian-style pot stickers (I wonder why they’re called Asian-style. What else would they be? Mexican-style? German-style?)

Workout Fuel: one package pomegranate Luna Sport Moons

Dinner: stir-fried zucchini, yellow squash, mushrooms, and sausage with white rice

Dessert: glass of vanilla soy milk and five Girl Scout Thin Mints

Exercise: ~52 minute (5 mile) run plus warm-up, cool-down, and stretching
