Breakfast: Trader Joe’s strawberry cereal bar

Lunch: Pineapple shrimp salad from Bajio Mexican Grill (with mango salsa and a plain tortilla instead of crispy)

Pre-Gym Snack: mini Clif Builder’s protein bar – vanilla almond

Dinner: Jack in the Box curly fries (medium) and a banana with cheese
