Breakfast: Trader Joe’s strawberry cereal bar

Lunch: Lean Cuisine Roasted Turkey and Vegetables

Pre-Gym Snack: mini Banana Nut Bread Clif Bar

Dinner: Fuzzy squash stir-fried with mushrooms, BBQ pork and vermicelli noodles, white rice

Exercise: 20 minutes on the stationary bike, 15 minutes on the elliptical machine, strength training
